Cardamom is very aromatic,
that is why most people chew the cardamom. By placing
just a few seeds, and chewing, cardamoms aroma is released
causing a fresh and pleasant breath. Cardamom,
ginger and cloves which may brewed into a tea, which is used
for an effective remedy for indigestion and stomach
cramps. Not sure what cardamom tastes like....well if
you have had a curry, then you have tasted cardamom.
As for me personally I drink cardamom when I have a sore
throat, or have been talking on the phone too much.
